A simple way
how to save: click button [Save]->[Save Class(js) to Local]
how to open: Go to [Normal View], paste Class(js) code and swith back to [Design View]

Can you do with
http://www.sigmawidgets.com/products/sigma_visual/VisualJS/index.html?
If so, you mean you can't at your local machine.
You should open it through address like http://localhost/sigma/... instead of open it by double click

I believe it has to do with the following line not being entered into the index.html file.

<script type="text/javascript" src="projectname/js/index.js"></script>

Once I added this line it worked fine.
