Sigma grid v2.4 development is in progress. It is scheduled to be released at Apr 9, 2010.  There are some highlights
1. A lot of people complain of the source code. In the previous version, some private functions and attributes name are in a short but non-meaningful way. In this release, you will find
2. More and more functions and Events. As same as before, sigma grid keep its self easy to use. We tried our best to keep your coding work as less as possible. However, some geniuses would like to change grid in her/his way. So the following public events/functions are to be added in v2.4. (may be not as exact as final version)

 * ^filter set/getFilterInfo applyFilter
 *
 * ^grid set/getDimension set/getSkin
 *
 * ^header setHeader
 *
 * ^paging set/getPageInfo gotoPage
 *
 * ^showDialog("filter"/"chart") hideDialog;
 *
 * ^Row addRow deleteRow selectRow updateRow checkRow set/getRowStyle
 *
 * ^column MoveTo set/getWidth sortGrid groupBy
 *
 * ^Cell focusCell editCell

Hi,
Great news to hear about the 2.4 update! Cheesy

I am also wondering if you have you considered using jqplot (uses jquery) [http://www.jqplot.com/]for the inbuilt graph/plotting functionality instead of the current flash plotting library? JQPlot has a very wide range of graph options and uses an mit or gpl license as suits requirements.

Thanks,
Anthony

It could be possible.
We are considering to port sigma grid to jquery, which is widely used over the world.
There are many other components, menu, chart, etc, that we could build on
