Hi,

If I set the app dimensions to something other then 800x600 (like 1024x768), then close VisualJS, re-load and reload the app, the Design View reverts to 800x600. It would be nice if it would come up at the previously-selected dimensions,

Added designer view size restore function to UIBuilder.

Check it out from SVN please!

NOTE: User needs to save code after changing the setting since the dimensions are saved in the generated index.js.
