version: sigmagrid 2.2
Browser:Mozilla,IE
OS: centos

Following error has occurred

LOAD Failed!
 Exception :
<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>:  Call to undefined function  json_decode()

anyone have an idea about this error.

I believe this is  because PHP is lower than 5.2.

Not sure what the problem exactly is. Definitely, it should be a server side issue.

As per: http://www.php.net/manual/en/json.requirements.php
If you're not seeing the json functions on 5.2.0 or newer, make sure php wasn't compiled with --disable-json

Also, review http://www.php.net/manual/en/json.installation.php
