AfterEdit Function

hi, i m programing a aspx aplication in VB, i need to make a function after edit a field in the grid,  i have a combobox that have country names.... i need that in another field display the code name .... for example if i select Argentina i need that the next field display AR, if i Select Brazil the filed would be BR something like that...... please if someone can help with a example...... i gonna be so glad...jaja
